Jack Gee |

Detective Gee started his career with the Tyler Police Department,
Texas in 1979 and currently works at the Fort Lauderdale Police
Department. He is assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division.
Jack was featured on a 60 Minutes segment reference to a property
crime sting that was conducted to pawn shops in the city of
Fort Lauderdale. Also, Jack has lectured to police groups throughout
the United States on property crime issues and is the current
President of the Florida Law Enforcement Property Recovery Unit.
Jack was awarded the National Property Crime Practitioner of
the Year Award by the National Association of Property Recovery
Investigators, Inc. |

Kevin J. Newcomer |

Mr. Kevin Newcomer is a supervisor for the Target Corporation,
National Investigation Services. Kevin has worked in retail
security and investigations for over fourteen years at store,
district and corporate level positions. He has specialized in
training, shortages and investigations. Kevin has served as
the Chairman of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association-Loss
Prevention Committee and is currently on this association's
National Advisory Council. Mr. Newcomer's contributed to numerous
legislative initiatives and has been a guest speaker at several
law enforcement training conferences throughout the United States
including conducting training at the Federal Bureau of Investigation
Training Academy at Quantica, Virginia. |

Scott Fyfe (Retired) |

Mr.
Scott Fyfe is a twenty five year veteran of law enforcement
and police training. He was assigned as an Investigator to the
Seminole County Sheriff's Office, Florida, Criminal Investigations
Section for fifteen years until his retirement in the year 2000.
He is President/Founder of the National Association of Property
Recovery Investigators, Inc. He is past President of the Florida
Law Enforcement Property Recovery Unit. Mr. Fyfe has lectured
on property crime issues to law enforcement groups throughout
the United States. He has served as a member of the Florida
Department of Law Enforcement, Property Recovery Database Statewide
Task Force. He also served as Chairman of the Sheriff's Office
Legislative Committee. Mr. Fyfe began his law enforcement career
with the Lake Mary Police Department, Florida in 1978. He was
promoted to Lieutenant and was Acting Chief in the Chief's absence.
He joined the Sheriff's Office in 1983. He has experience as
a Pawnshop, Burglary, Auto Theft, Career Criminal and Intelligence
Investigator and is a Certified Voice Stress Examiner.

Frank Pace is a detective assigned to the Property Investigations
Unit of the Phoenix, Arizona Police Department. He specializes
in, research, development, and application of various crime
suppression programs, crime analysis and intelligence. Frank
has spoken extensively on and provided assistance to other police
agencies regarding Burglary Reduction Programs. He has worked
with the development of Phoenix's first web based, multi-agency
task force and he is continually involved with addressing Hi-Tech
thefts and burglaries. Frank previously served with the United
States Marine Corps. |

Angelo Mazza |

Mr. Angelo Mazza is the National Law Enforcement Training
Coordinator for the (IACC) International Anticounterfeiting
Coalition. The IACC is a Washington based trade organization
created to fight counterfeiting of products on a worldwide level.
He has held that position for almost 10 years. During that time
he has worked closely with law enforcement at the federal, state
and local levels to organize and carry out training related
to the identification of counterfeit products and to the laws
created to fight the problem. Recently, he was elected to lead
the IACC Foundation, a 501 (3) (c) corporation dedicated to
educational programs and materials for law enforcement and the
public. Mr. Mazza has organized and conducted sessions for US
Customs and the FBI in the United States. He has conducted training
for law enforcement in almost all 50 states at various levels.
Mr. Mazza is an attorney who practices in the Intellectual Property
area with Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP. |
