REGISTRATION FORMS AND PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO NAPRI BY JULY 1, 2003.

COST: $95 per person includes transportation to and from the Sheraton World Resort hotel. The rate includes cart/green fees, range balls before play, PGA professional scoring, on-course contests, locker room usage and post golf barbecue buffet.

We must have a minimum of 30 players by July 1st, 2003 or tournament will be canceled.

Club Rentals: $30 per set (TaylorMade) - Rental Shoes: $10 per pair
