| Sgt.
Bill Carson is a veteran detective who has taken the task of
investigating career "fences". In the past 2 years
he had been instrumental in taken down some of the largest fencing
operations in the Birmingham, Alabama area in years. Bill has
accomplished this by conducting his investigations in innovative
manner, including obtaining a "pole cam" to monitor
the fencing operation for a long period of time, and developing
probable cause to execute 3 search warrants simultaneously. |
